Happy World Card Making Day, Crafters! Today, we celebrate the art of card making, and the time and creativity each of you use to create these wonderful projects. At Sizzix, we have such a wide range of possibilities with collections that it seemed almost daunting to encompass every beautiful card that has been crafted using our amazing dies, stamps, paper and embellishments. Though we weren't able to feature all of the beautiful and inspirational cards that have come our way, we hope you find joy and a spark of creative juices flowing with the cards we did pick out.

We are in love with this beautiful Lotus Blossom Card by Vivian Keh. Featuring designs from both Brenda Walton and Jen Long Designs, this card with its bright colors and gorgeous flower blossom truly shows off the talent and creativity that comes with card making.

Bold colors. Crazy Birds. This is definitely one of our favorites. Aida Haron created this Spunky Bird Crazy Card using Tim Holtz's collection of Bird Crazy thinlits and his Bingo and Patchwork embossing folder. The outcome was magnificently crazy. Crazy awesome.

Jeanne Streiff shared a wonderful tutorial for this Explore Card utilizing not only Tim Holtz's Globe thinlit, and Mini Airplane & Cloud movers and shapers, but she also explained the use of Sizzix's Die Brush and Foam Pad for the more intricate dies. This lovely card definitely makes us have some wanderlust.

Elephants are a trending favorite right now. This one was so adorable, that it needed to be shared. Adrianne Surian perfectly crafted this Peanut Clustered Gift Bag and Card using Brenda Walton's Elephant Bigz die. We love the bright, contrasting color of the Sweet Treat Bag behind the elephant, not to mention the expert use and placement of the Daisy. An elephant never forgets. And we will never forget this card.

It's hard to not feel like a princess when using Kylie's crafts as inspiration for projects.

Using Stephanie Barnard's Card With Banners 3D Drop-ins, Hilary created a bright, lovely card that would make anyone giddy to be the recipient of.

Laura Russell sweetly crafted this Roller Skate Card, combining Stephanie Barnard's Tags die set and Brenda Walton's Ice Skate Bigz die. Cutely adorable, this roller skate card evokes the nostalgia of wonderful childhood experiences.

We seriously cannot help but break out in a huge grin with Mou Saha's Smile Card. The bright and contrasting colors of this card make it absolutely beautiful to look at. For this card, Mou used Tim Holtz's Bird Silhouette Bigz die along with his Friendship Word:Block thinlits. This is a perfect example of how card making is a work of art.

Perfectly timed for Halloween, this Spooky Pumpkin Greeting Card creatively uses Tim Holtz's Pumpkin Parts Bigz die along with the Bats & Owls Set embossing folders. We get the chills just looking at this card in awe.

Celebrating inspiring cards on World Card Making Day is always fun, but even more fun is when Jen Long Designs decides we need to do a giveaway of her favorite card collection!
