Create a scrapbook page base out of cardstock. Cut a large rectangle from polka dot patterned paper and adhere to the page. Crop a photo to size, mat on cardstock and attach to the page. Emboss a piece of orange cardstock using the Halloween Print embossing folder. Buff with a sanding block to highlight the raised designs and attach to the scrapbook page. Emboss a piece of black cardstock using the Poison embossing folder. Run a brayer through white paint and roll over the embossed paper to highlight the raised design and attach to the scrapbook page. If desired embellish the page with black stitching to give definition to the page elements. Cut a length of rick-rack and black lace and attach to the page. Also add threaded buttons. Die-cut a circle from yellow cardstock and attach to the page. Die-cut a candelabra (from the Candlelight Fright die) out of cardstock. Trim away excess pieces and layer colors to assemble; embellish with glitter and attach to the page using foam dots. Embellish with artificial cobwebs. Die-cut the numbers 31 (from the Gothic Boo die) out of cardstock and attach to the page.
