Die-cut a Grungepaper tag using the Tag & Tie die. Add color to the tag with Distress Stains. Ink the edges of the tag with Distress Ink. Die-cut crinoline or stiff fabric with the Paper Rosette die. Fan fold the strip to create a pleated ruffle. Adhere the ruffle to the lower edge of the tag. Adhere ribbon over the raw edge of the fabric. Machine stitch if desired. Die-cut the letters to spell "cute" from Grungeboard using the Word Play die. Add color to the letters with Distress Stain. Ink the edges of the letters with Distress Ink. Adhere the letters along the side of the tag. Die-cut a tab clip from Grungepaper using the Tag & Tie die. Add color to the tab with Distress Stain. Ink the edges with Distress Ink. Stamp multiple copies the fairy girl image using the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Winged Things 1 stamp onto white stamping paper. Cut different pieces and layers of the images using Stamp2Cut Cartridge No. 2 for the eclips. Add color to the stamped images with markers. Ink the edges of the pieces with Distress Ink. Layer and adhere the pieces together. Adhere the assembled piece to the tag above the ruffle. Place ribbon through the hole in the tag and through the clip. Tie the ribbon into a knot or bow.
