Other Supplies: Tubes, Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Burlap, Clock Hands, Foil Party Picks, Garland, Ink

Recycle food, poster or mailing tubes for home décor by covering with patterned paper. Apply ink to the tubes to distress. Gather tubes, wrap with burlap and tie into a bundle. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit across the front of one of the tubes, embellish with garland adhere. Embellish the tops of the tubes with foil party picks. Die-cut Old Glory out of cardstock, embellish with ink and attach to the tube. Die-cut a Mini Paper Rosette out of patterned paper, assemble, embellish with clock hands and attach to the tube.
