Cut patterned paper to size and fold to form card base. Die-cut a tag out of cardstock and adhere to the card front along with a doily. Cut a large rectangle out of patterned paper and die-cut using a Movers & Shapers Heart Magnetic Die and Base Tray. Adhere a patterned paper to the tag so that it shows through the opening. Wrap twine around and through the opening of the large rectangle and attach to the card front using adhesive foam. Print a sentiment onto cardstock, trim to size and arrange on large rectangle. Die-cut a Key and Scallop Heart out of cardstock using a Movers & Shapers Magnetic Die and Base Tray, embellish the Key with glitter and attach to the card front. Embellish with a ribbon bow, a rose ribbon and threaded button. Attach a strip of shredded paper garland along the bottom of the card front.
