Place a gift or treat inside of a flat paper bag. Fold over the top of the bag. Adhere a paper doily as a bag topper along the fold. Wrap a length of twine around the bag three times and tie into a bow. Stamp an ice cream scoop, ice cream cone, flower and banner onto cardstock. Align the corresponding Framelits dies over the stamped images and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using a sticky note to hold the Framelits dies in place while shapes are being cut. Write the words "To You" on the banner and add pen detail. Layer shapes to assemble and adhere to rectangular shaped piece of patterned paper, using adhesive foam to give select shapes dimension. Attach the patterned paper to the front of the bag.
