Cut your tote bag pattern pieces out of coordinating cotton fabric prints. On the fabric that will become a center panel, stamp a variety of background designs. For best results, use pigment ink and heat set or use a fabric ink. Die-cut Plain Leaves out of a printed fabric and raw edges appliqué to the panel. Die-cut a Pocket Watch Frame out of black felt. Fussy cut a watch face out of a fabric print and stitch in place on the watch face. Sew the Pocket Watch onto the panel. Pre-fuse two 5" cream cotton squares together, wrong sides together, and die-cut using the Tattered Flowers die. If desired, embellish with ink. Tack in place on the panel, using a threaded button as the flower center. Finish by adding metal accents and stamped ribbons to the panel. Sew the pattern pieces together.
