Create a scrapbook page base out of cardstock. Distress the edges of the page with ink. Cut rectangles from patterned papers and adhere to the page. Stamp with flourish designs. Stamp clock designs and a sentiment, trim to size and adhere to the page. Trim a photo to size and adhere to the page. Die-cut Ribbon Flags out of cardstock and trim one of them into a chevron shape. Adhere to the page front. If desired, embellish with stitching. Emboss an Outline Label onto cardstock, embellish with ink and trim to size. Adhere to the page. Die-cut Heart Wings and a Wall Clock out of cardstock. Embellish with ink, glitter, leaves, a clock stamp and button. Attach to the page, layering over the Outline Label. Die-cut letters to spell "TIME" out of cardstock using the Vintage Market alphabet, embellish with ink and adhere to the page. Finish by adding metal accents.
