Emboss Halloween Words onto cardstock and highlight the raised designs with ink. Trim to size, mat on patterned paper and place in an old metal comb. Die-cut two Writing Desk feathers out of cardstock, embellish with ink and paint and place in the comb as part of the display. Die-cut an Ornate Frame out of cardstock, embellish with glitter and back the opening with dictionary paper. Die-cut a Cobweb out of cardstock, distress with ink and attach inside the Frame. Die-cut a Mini Owl out of cardstock, distress with a sanding block and attach to the Frame using adhesive foam to give dimension. Place the Frame inside the comb. Die-cut a Rosette out of patterned paper and fold along perf lines to assemble. Embellish with ink. Die-cut the numbers "31" out of cardstock, embellish with ink and glitter and attach to the Rosette. Place the Rosette in the comb. Finish by embellishing with moss and a ribbon bow.
