Create a scrapbook page base out of patterned paper matted on red cardstock. Trim a piece of patterned paper to take up two-thirds of the page and mat on red cardstock and set aside. Die-cut a Love-ly Border out of lined patterned paper and its Hearts out of red cardstock. Attach solid white cardstock behind the Love-ly Border. Attach the red cardstock Hearts to the border. Attach the Love-ly Border along the base of the two-thirds patterned paper and adhere in place on the scrapbook page. Wrap a ribbon around the page and tie into a bow. Embellish with a threaded button and metal key charm. Trim a photo to size, mat on cardstock and set aside. Die-cut a Flower & Heart Charms border out of cardstock and patterned paper, add color to the cardstock die-cut with ink and let dry. Trim away the patterned paper Hearts and attach to the Flower & Heart Charms border. Attach the Flower & Heart Charms border to a piece of patterned paper, larger than the photo. Mat the photo on the patterned paper with the Flower & Heart Charms border. Trim to size, mat on red cardstock and attach to the page. Fussy cut a sentiment from patterned paper and attach to the page. Die-cut just the Hearts from the Flower & Heart Charms border out of patterned paper and attach to the page. Tie a ribbon bow and attach to the page along with a decorative button.
