Die-cut Scalloped Handle Bag out of cardstock and its handle and flap out of patterned paper. Emboss the body of Bag using Sweet Florals Embossing Folder. Highlight the raised design with a light wash of ink. Adhere the Bag handle and flap to the Bag. Fold along the crease lines to assemble the Bag. Fussy cut two of the same flower from patterned paper. Layer and embellish with a jewel and attach to the Bag. Wrap a ribbon around the handle and tie into a bow.
