Start with a scrapbook page base. Stencil the background with the Mixed Media set and the Heartfelt set. Die-cut hearts from the Heartfelt set, numbers from the Shape Strip set, the word Love from the Handwritten Love set and the letters XO from the Alphanumeric set. Adhere all the die-cuts to the scrapbook page base, and embellish as desired. Adhere a photo and sentiments to the bottom of the scrapbook page base.
