Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Button, Sentiments, Twine, White Marker

Cut a piece of cardstock to size, and fold in half to create a card base. Layer patterned paper on the card front, and adhere in place. Die-cut a pennant from the Decorative Pennants die and all the pieces from the Cupcake die, and adhere to the card front. Adhere a sentiment to the pennant, and embellish as desired.
