Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Button, Flat-Back Pearl, Ink Pads, Ribbon, Tag, Twine

Layer patterned paper on a tag and adhere in place. Die-cut the Phrase, Winter Wishes & Snowflakes shapes out of cardstock, and adhere the die-cuts to the tag. Embellish as desired.
