Die-cut Ornate Square from two patterned papers. Trim off one side of one of the papers and attach to Square. Adhere Square to page. Cut strip of paper and attach to top of Square. Die-cut Lace Edging from paper and attach to above strip. Cut out numbered paper and attach to strip. Punch one large circle and then punch a smaller circle inside the larger circle. Attach to favorite number on page. Die-cut Circles from paper-covered chipboard. Attach to page. Attach adhesive to poly foam. Die-cut Phrase, Horseshoe and Shamrock charms from poly foam with sticky side up. Peel back adhesive sheet and sprinkle with glitter. Attach charms to page. Tear a strip of printed fabric and attach folded trim with pin. Add threaded buttons to strip and attach to page. Adhere ribbon bow with pin to page.
