Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Ribbon

Die-cut the Bag, Tall out of patterned paper. Die-cut the front panel with the flower lattice die, and assemble the bag. Die-cut the tag out of patterned paper. Die-cut the tag again out of a different patterned paper, with the flower cutout die in the center. Tie the tags together with ribbon and adhere to the bag.
