Jar Nameplate Card

Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Black Fine-Tip Pen, Ink Pads, Ribbon

Cut a piece of cardstock to size, and fold it in half to create a card base. Die-cut the ovals and jar shapes from the Jar & Teapot Sentiments set, and adhere the die-cuts to the card front. Embellish as desired.
