When I Count My Blessing Wall Hook

Other Supplies: Cardstock, Embossing Powder, Ink Pads, Metal Hook with Sign Plate, Twine

Cut a piece of cardstock to fit on the sign plate, stamp the cardstock with the Count My Blessings phrase from the Teapot Sentiments set and heat emboss. Die-cut the jar, adhere it to the cardstock and adhere the cardstock to the hook. Embellish as desired.
