4U Bottle Wrapper

Other Supplies: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Doily, Flat-Back Gems, Glitter, Milk Bottle

Layer a doily and patterned paper around a bottle and adhere in place. Die-cut the scalloped circle and 4U phrase and adhere to the bottle. Die-cut a wrapper, and adhere it to the bottle lid to form a crown. Embellish as desired.
