Cut patterned paper to fit inside a frame. Die-cut multiple banner shapes from the Make Today Count set out of cardstock and the Geometrics Cardstock Pad. Stamp one of the banners with the phrase, layer them on the background and adhere in place. Embellish as desired, and insert it into the frame.
