Autumn Heart Tag

Other Supplies: Wellington Rain Boots, Leather, 1" Burgundy Ribbon, Eyelet Setter, Hole Punch, Large Yellow Eyelet

1. Die-cut a leather heart using the Hearts die.
2. Make a hole in one corner of the leather heart using a hole punch.
3. Attach the eyelet, and fix with the eyelet setter.
4. Tie the leather heart tag to one of the Wellingtons using a ribbon tied into a bow, and repeat for the remaining Wellington.
