Here's an Easter pleaser! With Sizzix quilting and appliqué dies, you can egg-splore plenty of refreshing designs in many different sizes!

15" x 26"Batting
1 ydLightweight fusible adhesive
1 packagePolyester fiberfill


  • Finished Size: 13" x 24"
  • All seam allowances are 1/4" unless noted.
  • * = Adhere fusible adhesive to back of fabric before die-cutting the shapes.

Piecing the Pillow:

  1. Sew all 2" x 22" pieces together to make a 15" x 22" piece of fabric.
  2. Adhere fusible adhesive to the wrong side of the 15" x 22" pieced fabric.
  3. Die-cut five Eggs from the pieced fabric.
  4. Use one 13 1/2" x 24 1/2" rectangle for the front of the pillow and one rectangle for the back. Set aside the back.
  5. Arrange Rick-Rack and Eggs on pillow front. Heat fuse in place with an iron.


  1. Layer batting and pillow top, and quilt as desired.
  2. Baste yellow trim around edge of pillow front.
  3. Layer the pillow top and pillow back with right sides together. Pin and sew with 1/2" seam allowance, leaving an opening approximately 6" long.
  4. Clip excess fabric in the corners on the diagonal. Turn right side out, stuff to desired loft and whipstitch closed.
