- Cut a 4 3/4" x 6 3/4" piece of gold glitter cardstock. Center and adhere the gold glitter cardstock to the front of the card base with double-sided tape.
- Cut a 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" piece of kraft cardstock. Using a foam sponge, add brown ink to the edges to create dimension.
- Adhere a strip of white lace-trim ribbon with hot glue across the top of the kraft cardstock about 1/4" from the top of the panel.
- Die-cut a tree base out of dark green cardstock from the Christmas Tree, Flip and Fold set. Use a gold ink pen to add a solid gold edge effect to the outer edge of the entire tree base.
- Die-cut two Flip and Fold tree overlay panels out of medium green cardstock. Fold both trees along the center crease lines allowing for the dimensional layers to be folded on top of the solid part of the tree. Die-cut two more Flip and Fold tree overlay panels out of medium brown cardstock, making sure to only die-cut the bases of the trees. Cut off the very bottom of the brown tree bases, and adhere them with liquid adhesive to the medium green Flip and Fold tree overlays to create the effect of tree stumps. With liquid adhesive, adhere the two medium green Flip and Fold tree overlays to each side of the dark green tree base with the folds meeting in the middle.
- Die-cut four solid circle ornaments out of light blue cardstock and five out of gold glitter cardstock. Adhere the ornaments in various places on the tree overlays with liquid adhesive. Die-cut one long decorative ornament out of light blue cardstock and two out of gold glitter cardstock. With liquid adhesive, adhere the long ornaments in various places on the tree overlays. Use the gold glitter cutout pieces from the long decorative ornaments to fill in the spaces on the light blue long ornaments with liquid adhesive. Die-cut two decorative circle ornaments out of light blue cardstock and one out of gold glitter cardstock. With liquid adhesive, adhere the circle ornaments in various places on the tree overlays. Use the gold glitter cutout pieces from the decorative circle ornament to fill in the spaces on the light blue decorative circle ornaments with liquid adhesive. Adhere the Flip and Fold tree to the bottom left side of the kraft panel with liquid adhesive.
- Die-cut 12 holly berries out of red cardstock. Adhere the berries with hot glue along the top of the lace-trim ribbon in groupings of three. Die-cut eight leaves out of medium green cardstock. Adhere two leaves to each holly berry grouping with liquid adhesive.
- Die-cut the star base out of clear vellum. Die-cut two Flip and Fold star overlays out of clear vellum. Fold the Flip and Fold stars along the crease lines. Along the edges of the stars, use a gold ink pen to add a solid gold edge effect. With liquid adhesive, adhere the two Flip and Fold star overlays to either side of the star base with the folds meeting in the center. Adhere the star to the top of the tree with an adhesive foam dot.
- Die-cut three Holiday Cheer phrases out of red cardstock. Layer and adhere each phrase on top of each other with liquid adhesive to create a dimensional phrase. Use a gold paint pen along the edges of the phrase to make it appear as if the lower layers are gold. Adhere with liquid adhesive the phrase to the bottom right corner of the kraft panel, to the right of the tree base.
- Die-cut three gift box bases, one out of light blue cardstock and two out of medium brown cardstock. Die-cut two Flip and Fold gift box overlays out of light blue cardstock and four out of white cardstock. Fold each gift box overlay along the crease line. Using a foam sponge, add light blue ink to the edges of the gift box bases and overlays. Adhere the two white gift box overlay sets to the gift box bases, one medium brown base and one light blue base, with the folds meeting in the center of the base. Repeat this same process with the light blue gift box overlays and the medium brown gift box base. Adhere the brown and light blue gift to the bottom left side of the tree with liquid adhesive. Adhere the other two gifts to the bottom right side of the tree, directly to the left of the Holiday Cheer phrase.
- Die-cut two gift bows out of gold glitter cardstock. Die-cut an additional bow out of light blue cardstock. With liquid adhesive, adhere the two glitter bows to the top of the light blue gift and one white gift. Adhere the light blue bow to the top of the other white gift.
- Add a small white epoxy dot to the “i” in the Holiday Cheer phrase.
- With adhesive foam dots, center and adhere the kraft panel to the gold glitter cardstock panel. (Note: Use hot glue to attach the foam dots to the glitter cardstock because the adhesive backing may not stick to the glitter cardstock.)
