Vacation photos can really stack up! With the Staxables Frames from the Picture This! collection, you can turn piles of pictures into creative photo displays for your home or office.



Other Supplies:

  • Cardstock (Kraft, Navy, White)
  • Acrylic Stamp Block
  • Adhesive Foam Tape
  • Double-Sided Tape or Tape Runner
  • Fujifilm® Instax® Mini Instant Film, White
  • Fujifilm Instax Share Smartphone Printer or Fujifilm Instax Mini Instant Camera
  • Foam Sponge or Ink Blending Tool
  • Ink Pads (Black Permanent, Brown, Dark Blue)
  • Liquid Adhesive
  • Twine

  1. Cut six 3 1/2" x 6" panels out of Little Sizzles Mat Board. Set aside the scraps of Mat Board for later.
  2. Die-cut three sets of frames out of Mat Board, with both the front and back panels, from the Frame, Staxables set. (Note: You will need two panels per frame.)
  3. Cut two 3 1/2" x 6" panels out of navy and kraft cardstock. Back each panel with a Permanent Adhesive Sheet. Set aside the scraps of navy cardstock for later.
  4. Cut two 3 1/2" x 6" panels out of patterned paper from Picture This! Cardstock Pad. Back each panel with a Permanent Adhesive Sheet.
  5. Die-cut three sets of frames from the Frame, Staxables set, with both the front and back panels, out of kraft, navy, and patterned cardstock. (Note: You will need two panels per frame.)
  6. Remove the backing from each photo frame backed with an Adhesive Sheet, and then attach to each Mat Board frame front. (Note: You are using two panels of Mat Board per frame to create the front and the back.)
  7. Embellish the fronts of the navy and kraft frames with decorative washi tape.
  8. Cut 12 squares measuring 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" out of the scraps of Mat Board.
  9. Die-cut out of Mat Board four sets of links and four sets of feet from the Frame, Staxables set.
  10. Cut 12 squares measuring 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" out of the scraps of navy cardstock.
  11. Die-cut out of navy cardstock four sets of links and four sets of feet from the Frame, Staxables set.
  12. Adhere the navy cardstock links and feet to the Mat Board links and feet using a foam sponge and a light coat of liquid adhesive. Set aside.
  13. Print out photos using Fujifilm Instax Instant Film and the Instax Share Smartphone Printer.
  14. Sandwich each photo between corresponding frames, and adhere with double-sided tape. (Optional: Adhere the front and back panels together with double-sided tape after the photo is inserted.)
  15. Using a foam sponge, add ink to the edges of the frames with blue and brown ink.
  16. Stamp the Lost and Found phrase from the Photo Frame, Travel set onto white cardstock. Align the corresponding Framelits banner die over the stamped phrase, and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using the Magnetic Platform to hold the Framelits die in place while the shape is being cut.
  17. Stamp the Live, Love, Sparkle phrase from the Photo Frame, I Am Phrases set onto white cardstock. Align the corresponding Framelits banner die over the stamped phrase, and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using the Magnetic Platform to hold the Framelits die in place while the shape is being cut.
  18. Stamp the Free Spirit phrase from the Photo Frame, Travel set onto white cardstock. Cut out by hand.
  19. Adhere each phrase to the corresponding frame with double-sided tape.
  20. Tie twine around the patterned frame, and tie in a bow.
  21. Sandwich the links and feet together to attach and stack each frame.
