Note:
- Finished Size: 14" x 14"
Assembling the Pillow Top:
- Use one 14" square for the front of the pillow and one for the back. Set aside the back for now.
- Using the pillow photo as a guide, lay out the basket and flower pieces on the pillow front.
- Glue baste or pin the down pieces.
- Sew around the shapes with decorative stitches.
Finishing:
- Baste stitch the blue ruffle trim along the perimeter of the pillow front.
- Layer the pillow top and pillow back, right sides together. Pin and sew with a 1/4" seam allowance, leaving an opening approximately 5−8" long to stuff.
- Clip excess fabric in the corners on the diagonal. Turn right side out, insert the pillow form and whipstitch closed.
