Pull open an A7 Kraft Envelope. Place the envelope over muslin fabric, and trace the envelope shape with a pencil. Repeat the same steps with heavyweight fusible interfacing. Cut out the envelope shapes with scissors.
Using brown permanent ink, stamp onto the muslin envelope the following images from the You've Got Mail and Wax Seal sets: the word Hello, return address frame, floral address frame, vine corner, small envelope and small heart. Color in the stamped images with colored pencils.
Remove one of the liners from the heavyweight fusible interfacing. Iron the two envelope cutouts together. Remove the second liner from the heavyweight fusible interfacing, and place it onto a piece of muslin fabric. Iron the envelope again. Trim off the edges of the muslin close to the edge of the envelope cutout.
Machine stitch along the edges of the envelope with brown thread.
Die-cut out of patterned fabric and fusible interfacing the A7 Envelope Liner from the Envelope Liners, A2 & A7 set. Iron the interfacing liner to the fabric liner, and then iron both layers onto the unstamped side of the muslin envelope cutout.
Fold the bottom three flaps of the envelope together, and iron hem tape between the flaps where they overlap.
Using a needle, pull brown thread through the holes in four small buttons, knot the ends of the thread and cut off the thread ends. Adhere three small buttons to the back of the envelope (as shown) with hot glue. Cut a length of ribbon, and stitch the ribbon to the inside top point of the envelope. Adhere the fourth small button over the ribbon on the envelope point with hot glue.
Stitch a medium button with brown thread to the bottom back flap of the envelope to create a ribbon closure (as shown). Place a length of ribbon around the top of the envelope and tie into a bow.
