Birthday Cake Shaker Tag

Other Supplies:

• Cardstock (Pink, Turquoise, White, Yellow)
• Acetate
• Adhesive Foam Tape
• Glue Stick
• Gold Foil
• Hole Punch
• Liquid Adhesive
• Paper Trimmer
• Rhinestone
• Ribbon (Blue)
• Scissors
• Sequins
• Tassel Charm

1. Cut a 3 1/4" x 4 3/4" piece of yellow cardstock. Using scissors, cut off two corners to create a tag.
2. Die-cut and emboss the Birthday Cake out of the tag using the Impresslits Embossing Folder.
3. Using a glue stick, apply a layer of glue over the embossed areas of the tag. Rub gold foil over the areas with glue.
4. Cut small strips of pink and turquoise cardstock. Adhere the pink strip to the back of the flames of the candles with liquid adhesive. Adhere the turquoise strip to the back of the bases of the candles with liquid adhesive.
5. Cut a 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece of acetate. Adhere the acetate to the back of the cake with liquid adhesive.
6. Add adhesive foam tape around the back of the tag, leaving no gaps. Sprinkle sequins into the opening over the acetate.
7. Cut a 3 1/4" x 4" piece of white cardstock. Remove the second baking from the adhesive foam tape, and adhere the white cardstock on top of the adhesive foam tape to create a shaker effect.
8. Adhere a rhinestone to the center of the bow on the cake with liquid adhesive.
9. Punch a hole at the top of the tag.
10. String the tassel charm through the hole of the tag. Adhere a blue bow on top of the tag over the string of the tassel with liquid adhesive.
