May I place an order with a Consumer Support Representative?

For customer data security, Customer Service Representatives cannot process orders over the telephone. I have a question about my order. Who do I contact?

You can log into your Sizzix account and view order history at Please allow 10-15 days for shipping following a sale or promotion. If you have additional questions, you contact us via our online contact form. For faster service, please include your full name, email address and order number with your inquiry.

What payment methods can I use on the Sizzix website? accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Debit cards and pre-paid cards issued by most banks and other institutions are also accepted. Your credit/debit card statement will reflect a charge from Sizzix/Ellison Lake Forest CA. Ellison Educational Equipment, Inc., is the owner and operator of the website.

Please note that we are no longer selling Gift Cards. All previously purchased Gift Cards can be redeemed online at, or the until Dec. 2019. All Sizzix/Ellison gift card products (“Gift Card”) purchased on are purchased from Ellison Ellison Educational Equipment, Inc. (“Ellison” “us” “we” “our”) and deemed purchased in and issued from the State of California.

The risk of loss and title to such Gift Card passes to the purchaser (“you”) upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

Only one Gift Card can be redeemed at a time.

A cardholder cannot add balance to a Gift Card—i.e. it is not reloadable, however, Ellison’s customer service department may issue a refund or credit to a Gift Card.

The value of returned or partially returned merchandise that is purchased using a Gift Card or a Gift Card with a credit card will be credited to a Gift Card first, with any remaining balance applied to a credit card. Please do not discard your used Gift Card until you are completely satisfied with your purchases.

Ellison is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards, nor unauthorized Gift Card use.

A Gift Card is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. End-User Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of Gift Cards, and are incorporated herein by reference. In case of any inconsistency between End-User Terms and Conditions.

I'm afraid to use my credit card for online shopping. Is a secure website? uses a secure server during the process of online checkout and specifically when collecting credit card data. We have a valid Verisign Secure Server ID installed ensuring that all information sent to during an SSL session is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

How do I know if my online order was accepted?

First, a printer-friendly Purchase Receipt was displayed in your Web browser at the conclusion of the online ordering process. Next, an email confirmation was sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process or when creating an account.

You can check an order has been successfully place or the status of order by logging into your account area and checking under the ‘My Orders’ option on the left of your screen.

I cannot add to shopping cart. What should I do?

To enhance your shopping experience, uses "cookies". Cookies are small text files we place on your computer that are completely secure and can be read by only website. Please verify if your browser accepts cookies. If the problem persists, please clear your cookies, and continue shopping.

I need to change or cancel my order. What should I do?

Once placed, an order cannot be modified. An order or item within an order can be cancelled provided the order is not in shipping process. If your order or item cannot be cancelled, once you receive your shipment, you can request a Return Authorization for the item you wish to return via our contact form at Please note, shipping and handling is charged on all returned items. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any item returned that was not included in the Return Authorization.

I only received part of my online order. What should I do?

If an item or a portion of your order is missing, please check the packing slip/invoice that should be enclosed in the shipping box. If an item you ordered is not included on the packing slip, but is included on your initial email receipt, this may be due to the item not being available to fulfil or is out of stock. Your credit card is only charged for items that are shipped plus shipping and handling for the entire order. For any other questions, or if an item on the packing slip is not included in the order, please contact us via our online form.

I purchased an item at full price and now would like to exchange it for the same product to get the online special price. Is this possible?

No. We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price. Additionally, The Scoop newsletter is emailed to our subscribers. If you are interested in purchasing items that are not currently "on special" we recommend checking the website for the updated online special prior to placing your order.

The email confirmation of my order is unintelligible. What should I do?

To comply with rapidly-evolving email standards, sends order confirmations in efficient HTML formatted email enabling the items purchased to be viewed in columns with the quantities and costs aligned. Modern email clients can accept and display HTML formatted email providing the user has not disabled the function. Please set your email client to accept email in HTML format.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Please allow 7-10 working days from placing your order for delivery. You should allow 10-15 working days during busy sale periods, such as Mega Sales or Black Friday.

Tracking Your Shipment

If you entered your e-mail address during the checkout process, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation automatically on the day your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number for your shipment, please contact Customer Service and provide us with your Order Number and name to get a tracking number.

Sales Tax

For your convenience and planning purposes, the website calculates an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. (By law, charges sales tax for shipments to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin customers only. Tax exempt orders will not be processed through the website; Please contact our Customer Service if your organization qualifies for tax exempt status.)
