How long before my order ships?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days once your order is placed for it to ship. Shipping times will likely increase during higher volume order periods such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

May I place an order with a Customer Service Representative?

I’m afraid to use my credit card for online shopping. Is a secure website? uses a secure server during online checkout, and specifically, when collecting credit card data. We have a valid Secure Site SSL Certificate installed, ensuring that all information sent to during an SSL session is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

How do I know if my online order was accepted?
A printer-friendly Purchase Receipt was displayed in your Web browser at the conclusion of the online ordering process. Also, an email confirmation was sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process or when you created your member profile. (Please be sure your email address was entered correctly, if you did not receive an email confirmation please contact us via our online helpdesk.

Does accept gift cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. As a security measure, you will need to register your name and billing address with the issuing gift card company before checkout. You must have sufficient funds available on the gift card to cover the entire purchase, as we cannot accept more than one form of payment per order. Do you accept/process Canadian orders online for Sizzix® products?
Unfortunately, we do not accept/process international forms of payment or ship internationally. To find a Sizzix Authorized Retailer in Canada and Latin America, please check our Store Locator.

Can Ship to a P.O. Box?
No. ships primarily via UPS Ground. They cannot deliver to a post office box; a physical address must be provided during online checkout.

Can ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes. You can select the appropriate APO or FPO location in the “State” field during checkout or when creating your member profile. Then select “United States” in the “Country” field and Shipping and Handling Rates to APO/FPO.

Can I place a wholesale order online at
No. Please visit to complete a wholesale application.

I'd like to place an order for products, but I need it shipped outside of the United States. Can you help me?
For orders that need to be shipped outside of the United States (except APO/FPOs), please visit our International Support page (excludes Canada and Latin America. To find a Sizzix Authorized Retailer in Canada and Latin America, please check our Store Locator.)

How can I find out if and when my order shipped?
Once your item has shipped an e-mail notification with tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout. If you did not receive tracking details, please contact us via our online helpdesk and provide your name and order number. To ensure you can view your order history, it is recommended you complete your order as a registered customer and not as a guest. To register, go to the home page and click on the Signup link.

Tracking Your Shipment
You will be sent an e-mail confirmation automatically on the day your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number for your shipment, please contact us via our online helpdesk and provide us with your order number and name to get a tracking number.

I only received part of my online order. What should I do?
If an item or a portion of your order is missing, please check the packing slip/invoice that should be enclosed in the shipping box. If an item you ordered is not included on the packing slip, but is included on your initial email receipt, this may be due to the item not being available to fulfill or is out of stock. Your credit card is only charged for items that are shipped plus shipping and handling for the entire order. For any other questions, or if an item on the packing slip is not included in the order, please contact us via our online helpdesk and provide your name and order number.

I purchased an item at full price and now would like to exchange it for the same product to get the online special price. Is this possible?
No. We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price. Additionally, The SizzixScoop newsletter is emailed to our subscribers. If you are interested in purchasing items that are not currently "on special" we recommend checking the website for the updated online special prior to placing your order.

The email confirmation of my order is unintelligible. What should I do?
To comply with rapidly-evolving email standards, sends order confirmations in efficient HTML formatted email enabling the items purchased to be viewed in columns with the quantities and costs aligned. Modern email clients can accept and display HTML formatted email providing the user has not disabled the function. Please set your email client to accept email in HTML format.

Will any web browser work at
Almost any web browser will allow you to browse the website. However, in order to shop online and check out successfully at, you must be using an up-to-date web browser that supports JavaScript.

Does use cookies?
Yes. Our online ordering process needs to use cookies to remember the merchandise you have in your shopping cart.

We also track the link that you followed to our site, typically from a search engine or an affiliate. This allows us to better determine the effectiveness of our search engine listings and promotions.

We are not looking for where YOU as a customer came from but are looking for trends of how people locate our site. This allows us to better direct our marketing efforts. This information is not released to any outside agencies.
