How to make:
Step One: Die-cut out of Holly Berry, Bluebell, White, Navy Silver opulent glitter and pearl 1 Rainbow. Then out of White Media Board 3 Rainbows, out of Ivory opulent glitter 6 stars, out of ivory opulent mirror 2 stars. Also out of Holly Berry, White, Bluebell and Navy the letters J-U-L-Y from Nostalgic Alphabet, out of Holly Berry 4 from Alphanumeric 1 and T-H from Alphanumeric Tiny Type. Please note, if using Adhesive Sheets, adhere before die-cutting
Step Two: Cut apart individual Rainbow arches in desired color order and adhere with Express glue (or peel of adhesive backing) to the 3 die cut Media Board Rainbow arches. Adhere each J-U-L-Y letter to each ivory glitter star. Adhere 4TH to 2 Opulent Ivory glitter stars (front and back) Adhere lettered stars to top rainbow arch.
Step Three: Cut nylon cord to 7 and adhere to back of 1 4TH star with permanent adhesive roller. Match up second 4TH star, with Express glue or permanent adhesive roller. Adhere cord to middle of lettered rainbow arch, star dangling below.
Step Four: Cut ribbon to 40. Using hot glue, adhere starred rainbow to center of ribbon. Adhere remaining rainbows on each side of main center rainbow. Add remaining opulent ivory mirror stars in between.
