A Spotlight on Eileen Hull's Latest Collection

As with any new Sizzix Chapter, we’ve got some glorious designs to share from Eileen Hull®! Eileen Hull's Latest Collection kicks off with three Thinlits® Die Sets that work perfectly together due to their interchangeable elements.

The Shadow Box Frames Collection features three different sized Shadow Boxes, alongside some cute decorative elements, that allow you to get crafty with your creations.

We delve into the detail of each Die Cutting Set to give you some ideas of how to use them, but first off, we’d recommend a watch of this video with Sizzix Designer, Debbie Farinella – it’s the perfect little intro to Eileen Hull’s Shadow Box Collection.

Shadow Box Frames #1

The Shadow Box Frames #1 Thinlits Die Set is perfect for gifting, no matter what the occasion. Once assembled this Die Cutting Set creates a 4”x4” Shadow Box Frame design that can be embellished with the cute little decorative elements that come in the Set. Don’t limit yourself to using the design elements included though, this Shadow Box is perfect for using with other smaller Thinlits Die Cutting Sets to make it suitable for Birthday’s, Christmas, Mother’s Day and so many other celebrations!

Crochet Mandala Embossing Folder

To complete Eileen Hull’s Chapter 2 Collection, we have the Crochet Mandala 3D Texture Impressions® Embossing Folder. Whilst somewhat unrelated to the Shadow Box Frames Collection we have so much love for this design!

It features an intricate, repeat pattern of a traditional Mandala design which makes for the perfect background when Card making, scrapbooking and Paper crafting, all year round! The pattern can be brought to life with the addition of the Sizzix Luster Waxes – not only does it highlight the detail in the pattern, but it adds some incredible shine to your craft projects too!

A fab tip for imprinting an intense pattern to your Cardstock when you run it through the machine is to give your paper a gentle spritz with water beforehand. This loosens the fibers in the Cardstock allowing a stronger pressed pattern. Remember to let your Cardstock dry before proceeding with any additional decoration.
