Returns & Exchanges

Sizzix.com does not accept returns or exchanges unless the products were ordered through Sizzix.com. Returns or exchanges must be made at the store where the product was purchased.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact Sizzix.com Customer Service for return authorization or send an online request. Sizzix Customer Service can also be reached toll free at 877-355-4766, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., PT. Contact us online for return authorization instructions. Include your name, invoice number and reason for the return or exchange.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Products must be in new, unused, resellable condition with original packaging.

Additional charges and/or restocking fees may apply.

We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price.
