Returns & Exchanges

Sizzix.com only accept returns or exchanges of products that were ordered from Sizzix.com. Returns or exchanges on products from all other online stores and retailers, must be made at the store where the product was purchased.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact Sizzix.com Customer Service for return authorization via our online helpdesk. Include your name, invoice number and reason for the return or exchange. You may also contact us online for return authorization instructions.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Products must be in new, unused, resellable condition with original packaging.

Additional charges and/or restocking fees may apply.

Please note:
We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price. Sizzix.com is pleased to offer Internet specials periodically. Additionally, The SizzixScoop is sent to our subscribers on a regular basis.
